GS6 display only playing content on one display, Incorrect content size.

Potential Symptoms

  • There are two displays being controlled on the same account, and the displays are 2 different sizes.
  • Content was only made in one size.
  • There is one playlist set up to play to both displays, the content in the playlist is only for one size display.

Environment

  • Product: GS6, GT6, GT6x
  • Components: Web Presentation, Content Studio
  • Control System: Venus Control Suite (VCS)

Cause

  • The content that is made in the incorrect size, will not play on another size display.

Resolution

  1. Make new content or the same content, but in the correct size for your display.
  2. Create a new playlist to send the correct size content to the appropriate display.
