Potential Symptoms

  • One or more price lines only have decimal lit on one or more networks in a multiple network setup but power cycling displays at the breaker does not resolve issue.

Cause

  • Unknown.

Resolution

  1. Verify DM-100 has power.
  2. Unplug power cable to the Radio J-box for 15 seconds.
  3. Plug power back in and allow DM-100 to completely reboot.
  4. Verify prices in the DM-100 are all correct then press the Update display button in upper right on DM-100.
  5. Verify prices all update.
