The following Closed Captioning service providers are supported by Daktronics systems:
- Stenograph Case Catalyst
- Case Catalyst is Software from Stenograph for computer-aided transcription (CAT) for live captioning.

- Eclipse
- Eclipse software from Advantage is computer-aided transcription for live captioning.
- Once the Eclipse software is configured to output captioning data through a network port, the data must be formatted by the Daktronics Communication Server (DCS) before being sent to the display controller.

- TypeWell Transcriber
- TypeWell is a speech-to-text software that captures spoken content and transcribes it for live captioning. The transcript can be seen anywhere a web browser is accessible.
- Once the TypeWell Transcriber software is configured to output captioning data through a serial port, the data must be formatted by the Daktronics Communication Server (DCS) before being sent to the display controller.

- EEG Captioning
- iCap by EEG transcribes audio from the program feed to closed captioning. iCap uses their encoders and decoders to connect venues to the iCap network over TCP/IP connection to output captioning data.
- Once the EEG decoder is configured to output captioning data through a network port, the data must be formatted by the Daktronics Communication Server (DCS) before being sent to the display controller.
