Venus Scheduling: Display blank and showing "No Content Playing", No current sales

Potential Symptoms

  • Display blank and showing "No Content Playing" in Venus Control Suite (VCS).
  • Scheduled content report in VCS shows several messages that should be playing.
  • Specific pieces of content not playing on display.

Environment

  • Product: Venus Basic, Venus Select, Venus Professional, Venus Enterprise
  • Components: Venus Pro Ad Grid
  • Control System: Venus Cloud-Based

Cause

  • No sales are made for the display, or sale was not made for specific content.
  • To verify, the Display Owner can see a No Sales indicator on the display slide-in when creating a playlist.
