RC-100/RC-200 remote start stop not controlling DOG/Game Clock, RJ-11 cable not flipped

Potential Symptoms

  • RC-100/RC-200 remote start stop not controlling the Delay of Game Clocks via the All Sport.
  • Can reset the DoG clock and start/stop time when using a normal wired handheld pendant.

  • Control System: All Sport 5000

Cause

  • RJ11 cable running from j-box to the connection on the back of the All Sport console is straight through. It needs to be flipped.

Resolution

  • Use the flipped cable provided with the kit. Or, if that one is incorrect, order the correct cable from Daktronics.

Work Around

  1. Re-terminate current cable so flipped.
