Message Center; Old messages or presentations running on sign and new messages or presentations are not

Potential Symptoms

  • The Message display has old content running but the new content is not showing up on the sign.

Cause

  • Old message or presentation has not been removed from the schedule and new message presentation has not been added.

Resolution

  1. Remove old message presentation from the schedule in Venus 1500.
  2. Add new message presentation and schedule as needed.
  3. Publish new schedule to the display by pressing Publish.
