How to update firmware on a VIP-4400

Steps
- NOTE 1: Multiple physical reboots to the VIP-4400 during updating process is required.
- NOTE 2: VIP-4060 firmware 1.11.5 or higher is required for VIP-4400 firmware 2015.03.0.00.
- NOTE 3: Firmware 2015.03.0.00 is not recommended for the VIP-4500 as all analog inputs will cease to function.
- NOTE 4: If VIP-4060 firmware is updated to 1.11.5 or higher, then VLink 4400 firmware should be updated to 2015.03.0.00
- Save V-Link configuration Settings for all 4 channels.
- If the VxPort is being used with the V-Link, these VxPort settings will not save in the VLC file.
