The media kit download is stuck or wont finish.

Potential Symptoms

  • The media kit looks like its still downloading, but it wont finish.
  • The green bar is to the end, but its still loading.

Cause

  • The media kit has no prompt to inform when downloading is complete. Watch the completion by reviewing below.

Resolution

  • Just close out of the finished download window. *The way to tell if its finished downloading is to look at the number of "Downloads completed":
