Stored Presentations in Venus 1500 V4 are playing on my display.

Potential Symptoms

  • Messages listed under Stored Presentations are running out on the display.

Cause

  • A playlist with the same messages is scheduled to run continuously.

Resolution

  1. In the Schedule Tab click on the View button and choose the Details view.
  2. Search through your playlists for duplicate playlists and/or playlists with a Continuous Recurrence.
  3. Open the playlist(s) you find to see if they have the same messages in them.
    • Delete the playlist by highlighting it and clicking on the Remove tab.
    • If you need to keep the playlist, then remove the message(s) by highlighting them and clicking the subtract button.  Then click Ok.
  4. Click Publish To Display.
