Player was not able to configure correctly, when entering in password for GP4

Potential Symptoms

  • When trying to enter in password for the auto create a display in Venus 1500 V4 you receive error, player was not able to configure correctly.
  • Unable to create GP4 display in Venus V4 software.

Cause

  • Unknown.

Resolution

  1. Manually create the display in Software.
  2. Click on The Display's password is incorrect alert.
  3. When prompted for new password, enter the display's password.
  4. Connect to the sign.
