Software populates stored messages lists but no status; Corrupt message on display

Potential Symptoms

  • Unable to communicate with GP4 in Venus but able to ping the display, access the DMP via VNC, and access the web configuration page.
  • Retrieve status in Venus fails, but still pulls in current schedule and the content that is supposed to be playing shows in stored messages.
  • Running messages, display status, and all of the display's information are blank.
  • When publishing new message, message will not send.  Loading indicator in progress screen just spins.
