Venus 1500: How do I clear the display memory in v4?

Resolution

By performing a Clear Display Memory, this will remove all current running, stored and ghost/phantom presentations as well as all Playlist from the display memory. This does not remove or delete what is currently stored in your software database in the Content Tab and Schedule Tab.

Launch Venus 1500 v4 software and allow software to establish connect to the display.

  1. Click Display Tools (White Down-arrow next to center display list).
  2. Check next to Clear Display Memory.
  3. Click Reset Display.
  4. Click Yes to the prompt.
  5. Allow display to reset before proceeding.

Note: You will need to Re-publish your presentations and playlist back to the display. Follow How to add or removed a message / presentation or a playlist to or from a display in Venus 1500 v4?, DD2093330 on how to publish presentations to the display.
