Galaxy: Display dim, GP3 brightness showing as Automatic[1]:1 in Venus, VIP-4060 locked up

Potential Symptoms

  • GP3 is very dim.
  • Brightness in Venus shows as the minimum dimming value allowed by controller.
    • Automatic[1]:1 is where controller minimum dimming value allowed was 1.
    • Automatic[4]:4 is where controller minimum dimming was set at 4.
  • Unable to access web config for VIP-4060 but able to connect to display in Venus 1500 and publish content.

  • Power cycle the display at its breakers.
