BA-2025 does not light with All Sport 5000 using code 5501, Outdated firmware on console

Potential Symptoms

  • BA-2025 does not light with All Sport 5000 using code 5501.
    • Board will light with all on test code 0001 and addresses are verified correct from POST.
  • All Sport 5000 Firmware below 4.0.0.

Cause

  • Firmware on All Sport 5000 is out of date.
    • Address for 71 and 72 for baseball board BA-2025 were not added until firmware version 4.0.0 March 30, 2011.

Resolution

  • Replace All Sport 5000 with firmware 4.0.0 or newer.
    OR
    • Send in All Sport 5000 in to update firmware.

    For Temporary Operation

    • Use different All Sport 5000 with Firmware 4.0.0 or newer.
