Venus, Unable to find message that was just created, Wrong folder selected

Potential Symptoms

  • Unable to find content under the content tab in Venus.
  • Unable to locate newly created content under the content tab in Venus.
  • Venus "Content" tab may be blank.

Environment

  • Venus 1500 V4

Cause

  • File(s) saved under the incorrect folder.

Resolution

    1. Under the content tab, look to the upper, left-hand corner of the software window and click on the folder drop down (See picture below).
    2. Select alternate folders to find the missing content.
