Steps

  1. Open the presentation in Content Studio.
  2. There are 3 different ways to select text.
    1. Using the mouse: Move the mouse until the insertion point is positioned before or after the text you want to select. Then click and hold down the mouse button as your drag across the text. Release the mouse button when the text you want to select is highlighted.
    2. Using the keyboard: Position the insertion point before or after the text you want to select, press and hold down the Shift key, and use the arrow keys to select the text.
    3. Using a text box: To select a text box, click the outside of the text box to enable the green dotted lines. To select multiple text boxes, click on the View Tab, then check mark Select All Elements.
  3. To replace the the text select the text (from any of the ways in step 2) you want to replace. Type the new text and the selected text is replaced with the new text.
  4. To delete the text, select the text (from any of the ways in step 2) you want to delete and press the Delete key.
