The Venus 1500 V4 Schedule tab is showing a past date as the current date and today's date circled on the calendar is wrong.

Potential Symptoms

  • The schedule is showing a past week and the date that is circled in red, marked as Today, is also incorrect even though the Time and Date are correct in the Display status pane on the Home Tab.
  • Date and time on the computer are correct, but the wrong date is circled on the calendar in the Schedule Tab.
  • Date on the Home Tab under Display Status is correct, but date highlighted in the Schedule Tab calendar is incorrect.

Environment

  • Venus 1500 Version 4.20.4

Cause

  • Schedule tab has not updated since last time the display time and date synchronized in Venus 1500 with the computer time and date.

Resolution

  • Close out of the Venus 1500 V4 software and then reopen it.
