Venus 1500: Display goes blank while publishing to the display but still able to get status or communicate.

Potential Symptoms

  • Can get status, and can create playlist but display goes blank while publishing playlist and remains blank instead of running newly published schedule.

  • Venus 1500 V4

Cause

  • The color depth is configured incorrectly for the display.

Resolution

  • Edit the display configuration and select the correct color depth in Venus 1500 V4.
