TSN sports feed for Ticker has stopped working
Potential Symptoms
- TSN sports feed driver is not showing information on ticker.
- TSN sports driver is properly configured but TSN Service is not supplying information.
- Looking at text log located in "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Daktronics\common\Dex\TSN Sport\TSNSport.log" shows that username failed.

Cause
- TSN sports feed account is no longer active or subscription has expired.
- After July 1st, 2015 TSN feed will no longer exist. Please contact Daktronics for alternatives for your set up.
Resolution
- Contact TSN at 215-441-8444 to set up new account or renew subscription.
