No Schedule in Sports Wire 4000

Potential Symptoms

  • No games under the Schedule tab for the MLB driver.
  • Games have not updated in the schedule.

Environment

  • Sports Wire 4000
  • MLB Driver

Cause

  • Proxy is turned on.

Resolution

  1. On the Sports Wire 4000 computer, access the Control Panel.
  2. Open Internet Options.
  3. Select the Connections tab and then click the LAN Settings button.
  4. Uncheck the radio button next to Use a proxy server for your LAN under the Proxy server section and then click OK.
  5. Click OK to exit the Internet Options window.
  6. Open Sports Wire 4000.
  7. Click the Driver Configuration button and then click the Get Today's Data button.
  8. Verify the schedule updated by going to the Schedule tab.
