Venus 1500 V3 Display Manager window is not fully launching

Potential Symptoms

  • Display Manager shortcut, when selected on the Venus 1500 V3 tool bar, opens but only half of the features show up such as the top buttons but the Display list, Available Messages, Running Messages, Stored Messages and Get Status areas are not showing up at all.
  • Display Manager window is just black when opened from the Venus 1500 toolbar but all other buttons on toolbar work fine even though computer laptop has been rebooted.

Resolution

Work Around

  • Open Display Manager from the Start Menu
    1. Click Start Menu.
    2. Click on Venus 1500 folder.
    3. Double-click on Venus 1500 Display Manager.
