RC-100 will not charge, Battery replaced, Bad wallpack transformer

Potential Symptoms

  • RC-100 controller will not hold a charge.
  • Visible damage to the wallpack transformer.
  • RC-100 does not turn on when plugged into the wall.
  • RC-100 does not have charging icon when plugged into wall.
  • Broken wallpack transformer that charges RC-100 not outputting 12V AC.

Cause

  • Wall pack transformer is not providing a charge to the handheld.
    • May be damaged or just failed.

Resolution

  • Replace wall pack transformer.
