Unable change price, Battery was replaced; Protective film on battery, sticker

Potential Symptoms

  • Cannot change prices on the display.
  • FLR-100 cannot sync with display.
  • Battery was just replaced.

Cause

  • When the battery was changed, the protective coating on the positive or negative surface of the new battery was not removed.

Resolution

  1. Remove protective coating from the battery and re-install the battery.
  2. Re-sync the sign per "How do I sync the FLR3-100 to the FL-3000\4500 display?", DD2371987.
