Media Library or other panel is not showing in content studio, panel section is minimized

Potential Symptoms

  • Media Library is not showing in Content Studio.
  • The main edit window with the display is missing or too small.
  • The layout or timeline area is gone from the bottom.

Cause

  • Media Library, edit window, or timeline, panel is shrunk to the side, top, or bottom.

Resolution

  • Unshrink the Panel.
    1. In the area where your panel is missing, Hover mouse over the light gray bar in Content Studio until a double-sided arrow appears as your cursor.
    2. Click and drag to expand or move the panel, until it reappears and is sized correctly.
      1. For missing Media Library: Hover mouse over light gray bar above the timeline in Content Studio until a double-sided arrow appears.
      2. Click and drag down until the Media Library reappears.
      3. Then you can resize it to the left or right if needed.
