Venus 1500 prompting for a login or registration, no nucleus error

Potential Symptoms

When opening Venus 1500, the login screen comes up but when entering Admin and password it gives a Usermanagementservice error
Venus is prompting to register the software every time it is opened.
Venus 1500 log has the following error
