How do I set up synchronized diving with Omni 2000 and 11 Judges RC-100/RC-200 Consoles?

Environment

  • Control System:  OmniSport 2000 Rev 11.7.20 or higher, ProDive or DiveMeets Score Keeper

Steps

  1. Put OmniSport in Diving mode.

  2. Set the number of judges handhelds in the software/Omnisport Console

    1. Note: To use more than 9 handhelds, a computer interface must be used (ex. ProDive, DiveMeets).

Set up Base station(s):

  1. Base station 1:

    1. Ch. 1

    2. Fn. 1

    3. Server Mode

  2. Base station 2: (Required for 11 judges consoles)

    1. Ch. 2

    2. Fn. 1

    3. Server Mode

    4. Note: When using 11 judge consoles, up to 9 may be connected to a single port on the OmniSport console. The remaining 2 would then be connected to the other port. Alternately, the ports could be split by function; for example, judges 1-6 on one port and judges 7-11 on the other.

Set up Venus 7000 for OS2-Dive.itf

  1. Use Pair Diver 1 and Pair Diver 2 starting at item 596.

  2. Judges 10 and 11 scores start at item 851.
