  • Why does the presentation that I see playing on my board not match the Current Presentation in the Display Status pane?

Steps

  • The Current Presentation is not a real time capture of what is seen on the display. It is the presentation that is playing when the software and sign controller status is updated. Status is only updated when Online is selected from the Offline/Online feature. The default update interval is 30 seconds and can be changed in the Venus 1500 Options dialog under General.
