I cannot see the sequence in Message Studio while remotely logged into Venus 1500 computer using LogMeIn
Potential Symptoms
- Cannot see sequence and frames in V1500 v3 Message Studio.
- Same issue occurs when tried from other computers with LogMeIn Client viewer.
- Everything works fine when user is directly at V1500 computer.
- In Message Studio, the frames appear to be blocked out looking gray.
Environment
- Venus 1500 Version 3
- Message Studio
- LogMeIn Pro
Cause
- LogMeIn uses its own video mirror display accelerator which is causing conflicts in Venus 1500 v3.
Resolution
- Go to www.logmein.com
- Log into remote access account.
- Click on Preferences.
- Click on General.
- Uncheck "Use display accelerator."
