Unable to change prices using a new key fob remote; Remote dip switch settings are set incorrectly.
Potential Symptoms
- Received a replacement key fob and cannot change the prices on the gas price sign.
Environment

- DF-2000, DF-2100, DF-2300, DF-4000, FL-2000, FL-2100, FL-2300, FL-4000
- Component: FLR-100/RC-50 Key Fob (Wireless Communication Option)
- Control System: RC-50 Remote
Cause
- Dip switches on the new remote are not set to match what the old remote is set to.
Resolution
- Open the back of the old and new key fob to expose the dip switches. Refer to Figure 1.
- Change the dip switches on the new key fob to match the old dip switches, or the dip switches on the driver, by moving the switches left or right.
