Display Studio, Content Studio sign size is incorrect, however M2Config states the sign is configured correctly.

Potential Symptoms

  • When opening a new message creation window, the matrix size of the display is incorrect, however M2Config states that the sign is correct size.

Environment

  • Show Control (SCS)
  • Display Studio/Content Studio
  • M3 display

Cause

  • The nucleus database is corrupt and needs repair/new database.

Resolution

  1. Run the Nucleus Database Utility program and either load the last known working backup database file, or clear the existing database and load a new one.
  2. After the new/backup database has loaded, launch SCS and run the Service Configuration to detect the sign again.
