Fuelight 3000/4500, FL3-1500, CMND 255 error on DM-100

Potential Symptoms

  • The DM-100 is showing "DNR CMND 255" when it is trying to find the radios/connect to the display.
  • No communication to the display, unable to change prices.

Environment

  • Fuelight 3000/4500
  • FL-3000, FL-4500
  • Gas Price or Petroleum Price Display
  • FL3-1500 (or any POS with Serial Radio communication option)

Cause

  •  The radio hex dials are not set to the address.

Resolution

  1. Set radio hex dials on both radios so they are on the same number address.
  2. Cycle power to radios.
  3. If cycling power does not provide resolution, reconfigure both radios.
    • Contact Daktronics Technical Support for assistance.
