Potential Symptoms
- Parts of a video are cut off or do not preview when previewing a presentation with a video in Venus 1500 v4.
- Presentation previews fully in Content Studio but not in Venus 1500 v4 Content Tab and Schedule Tab.
Environment
- Venus 1500 v4.19, 4.18 and 4.17 (May effect other versions)
Cause
- Venus 1500 v4 and Content Studio should be using the same previewer tools as one another. However, there is a bug that is not previewing the full length of the videos in the presentation when in Venus 1500 v4 Content or Schedule tab. The presentation previews fully while in Content Studio.
Resolution
- None at this time, a bug ticket has been submitted to Engineering. There is no ETA at this time.
Work Around
- Preview the presentation within Content Studio and use the Zoom In and Out Bar in the bottom left to preview at the proper viewing distance.
