- When launching content studio receive the following error:
- An error occurred while logging in. Could not connect to net.tcp://localhost.9245/ContentLibraryService. The connection attempt lasted for a time span of 00:00:01.0920019. TCP error code 10013.: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions 127.0.0.1:9245.

Cause
- Port is being blocked by an Antivirus Program.
Resolution
- Add an exception for the software's to the Antivirus/Firewall.
For Temporary Operation
- Disable the Firewall/Antivirus.
