Time and Temperature not displaying on the display, Corrupted playlist or message.

Potential Symptoms

  • The time and temperature are wrong (potentially stuck or frozen) or not showing up (blank) on the display. 
  • The time and temp are accurate when checked in M2Config.
  • Newly installed temp sensor and has a blinking red light on the sensor.

Cause

  • Corrupt playlist or message file on the controller.

Resolution

  1. Edit or recreate the time and temp message. 
  2. Save message (may need to change name). 
  3. May need to clear the memory to the controller .
  4. Publish the Time and Temp message to the display.
