When creating a Red or Amber monochrome scrolling text in Content Studio the text defaults to white after importing

Potential Symptoms

  • When creating a red or amber monochrome scrolling text in Content Studio the text defaults to white after importing.
    • The text in the scrolling text is RED for mono, but after importing, in the layout it appears white.

Cause

There is an issue in the software that defaults to the standard color selected when creating new messages for RGB Type displays. This is only a visual issue within the software and does not reflect out to the display. The display will still show the message as the proper colors of Red or Amber.

Resolution

There is no resolution at this time. However, the issue is submitted to engineering to research and resolve.

Work Around

This is only a Visual issue within Content Studio and does not reflect out to the physical display. Currently there is no work around at this time.
