Panel adjust with a VIP-4060 does not display correctly

- Trying to panel adjust a display that is larger than 2048 wide, the panel adjust will not allow you to select every module in the display

Cause
The VIP-4060 can not render images larger than 2048 pixels wide
Resolution
NOTE: With a VIP-4060 display the calibration is stored on the modules, so temporary changing the Translation Table may be the best option.
