Temperature showing as NA on sign, Wrong address

Potential Symptoms

  • Display is showing temperature as NA or not preset.
  • Control software may show temperature as -196.
  • Temp sensor is newly installed.
  • Run light on sensor may not be blinking.

Cause

  • Temp Sensor set to address 0, or something other than 1.

Resolution

  1. Disconnect the temp sensor.
  2. Set the address to 1 (rotary dial).
  3. Reconnect the temp sensor.
