Message Center display is blank even though there are active running messages or playlist presentations listed in Venus

Potential Symptoms

  • Schedule shows as running in Venus 1500 V3, and Playlist is active in Venus 1500 V4.
  • Schedule is created correctly but it will blank the sign after messages are sent to it.
  • Display is blank or frozen.
  • Display will play the first message of the schedule and then blank until it comes back to that message

Cause

  • Memory corrupt.

Resolution

  1. Clear Memory of the display.
  2. Publish schedule and verify messages running on display.
