All gas price displays are blank and getting "No Server Found" on RC-100 handheld

Potential Symptoms

  • All gas price displays / products are blank.
  • Getting "No Server Found" on RC-100 handheld / price changer.

Environment

  • Fuelight / Gas Price
  • FLR-500 Communication (RC-100)

Cause

  •  Pylon / gas price displays are not getting power.

Resolution

  1. Restore power to pylon.
  2. Check for tripped breakers both in store or for any local power disconnects at the base of the pylon.
  3. If able to, check incoming voltage into transformer in Fuelight display (~120 VAC) to verify no power to displays.
