Memory is Full error in Venus 1500 v4 when sending Messages to Galaxy display (M2)

Potential Symptoms

  • Receiving a "Memory is full" error in Venus 1500 v4 when trying to publish to the display.
  • May receive "File size cannot be accommodated"
  • Very little free memory available.

Cause

  • Memory on the display is full.

Resolution

  1. On the home tab, open the Display Tools (White triangle to the right of the refresh button).
  2. Check "Clear display memory" and reset the display.
  3. Perform a Memory Cleanup.
  4. Resend content.
