Display Studio: Old roster shows, Request Stats

Potential Symptoms

  • Seeing old players in the rosters of Display Studio, even after opening a new game and restarting Daktronics Scoring-Timing Interface (DSTI) and Display Studio.

Environment

  • Display Studio
  • Daktronics Scoring-Timing Interface (DSTI)

Cause

  • Roster file is not updating in Display Studio.

Resolution

  1. Do a stat request.
  2. In the roster list, right click and select Refresh.
  3. This will force Display Studio to update the roster and show the current players.
    1. If that does not work, you are looking at a communication issue between DSTI and Display Studio.
