Ethernet Bridge Radios, EBR's, server showing the knight rider sequence, no communication

  • Ethernet Bridge radio server is showing the knight rider sequence after being installed.
  • The knight rider effect is when the quality lights of the radio light up back and forth or scroll from one end of LEDs to the other.
  • Unable to get status or communicate to the display.

Steps

  1. On server radio only, switch/turn Dip switch 1, which should already be depressed (ON), in the following sequence, Off, On , Off, ON.
  2. If it works the knight rider effect will stop and the radio should be showing steady quality lights and locked on a channel.
  3. If no change replace radios.
