Receiving a warning 'Video frame rate mismatch detected' when trying to import a video to a GPR Display

Steps
M4 and M3 Displays import frame rates different from one another. M4 Displays imports the actual video for the full frame rate of 30 FPS, and cannot be modified. When the presentation gets saved, it is converted to a .VMPF that keeps the video settings. The presentation is actually played as a .VMPF file type on the controller.
M3 Displays imports at a lower frame rate amount. This is due to the messages converts to .m2m file type which alters the message settings layers and frame rates. Because of this, the video as whole does not get sent to the display like it does on a M4 Display.
The alert is due to sometimes videos will have a frame rate lower then the 30 FPS that is defaulted in the M4 Import window, thus causing the warning message to appear. The video will still import as normal and play as normal.
