Messages are not playing in correct order in Venus 1500 v3
Potential Symptoms
- Messages are not playing in the correct order according day parts and the running schedule
- Messages start to play again correctly for part of the day when the schedule is resent
- Certain messages that are day parted to stop and start at various times of the day default to the bottom of the list and do not play in the correct order
Environment

Cause
When messages are scheduled for day parting typically it is not schedule to play again for the remainder of the day. When creative is scheduled to day part and play again (second time) within the day, the creative defaults to the bottom of the list on the controller. By doing this, the creative does not play in the correct order by the time the second day part starts. This is expected behavior.
Resolution
Schedule all messages to start and stop on specific day parts. For example, if you have Daypart A, schedules to run from 5:30am-8:30am, then to run from 11:30am-2pm and have Message B, C and D to run 24 hours. You would need to schedule all messages to start and stop for the day parts as well as schedule Message B, C and D to play during the off times.

Once you have all the messages schedules to start and stop for each day part, Daypart A will remain first to play, rather then defaulting to the bottom of the list.
