Potential Symptoms
- Display is blank.
- Both displays (host and client) are blank.
- Getting 0 VDC out of the power supply even though there is 120 VAC into the power supply.
- Power LED is not lit on the driver (all lights on the driver are off).

- Failed power supply.
Resolution
- Replace power supply.
Tech Notes
- Power LED on host driver location can be seen on the following picture:
- Always verify a good connection for incoming voltage on the terminal block and the cabling going to the power supply.
- Adjust/move power supply cables while still plugged in to find loose connections. If digits flicker or go out when cables are moved may have a poor connection that needs to be reseated or have the cable replaced.
