Environment

  • Content Studio
  • Windows XP, Vista or 7

Cause

Text boxes within the layout are fully outside of the layouts yellow boarder. Text boxes are able to be partially out or off of the layout. However, they cannot be completely off of the layout. Some part of the text box is required to be within the layout.

Resolution

Remove all text boxes that are not within the layout.

  1. While in the presentation you are trying to save, switch to Timeline View.
    • Follow DD2142590 on how to enable Timeline View, if not already enabled.
  2. Look at each layout in the timeline bar, and select or click on the individual text box listed.
    • If any text box selected appears to be fully outside of the layout, you need to delete it.
  3. Once text box is selected, hit Delete on your keyboard.
  4. Click Orange V Application Menu, click Save or Save As.
