No communication to gas price display through serial radios, Able to communicate at base of display
Potential Symptoms
- Unable to connect to gas price display from serial radio indoor J-box but able to communicate to the display from the outdoor J-box at base of sign.
- When plugging in the DM-100 to the J-box it just searches for displays.
- Client radio has full signal strength and diagnostic LEDs indicate it is operating normally.
Environment

- FLR 1500 (Fuelink Radio 1500), Serial radio communication
Cause
- Wires going to server radio not secure on indoor Radio J-box.
Resolution
- Plug phoenix connector into J-box and verify wires are securely connected.
