Cannot update Venus 1500 v3 to 3.12, cant open installer
Potential Symptoms
- Cannot update Venus 1500 v3. After downloading the Update3121.exe from Dakfiles and running it, it will disappear at 70% of the extract process.
- The installer will then reappear in a few minutes only to fail.
Environment
- Venus 1500 v3 version 3.11
Cause
- Unknown issue with the extracting of the installer.
Resolution
- Close the Update3121.exe process from running in the task manager. This will allow the installer to continue and the update can continue.
