Unable to change the Page On Time in Vanguard V3 software on a Windows 7 PC

Cause

  • Vanguard V3 software installed on computer with Windows 7 Operating System and is not supported on Operating systems above XP.

Resolution

  • Limited technical support for Vanguard V3 software
  • Current support focus is for Vanguard V4 Software

Work Around

1. Open Vanguard v3 Message Studio.
2. Click on Tools then Options.
3. Select the correct sign model.
4. Set the Page Time on to the preferred setting.
5. Click on the Save icon in the upper left corner of the Message Defaults window.
6. Close Message Defaults window.
7. Click on file then new message.
8. Select the correct sign model. The new Page on time will now be displayed on the bottom of the message studio screen.
