Galaxy; Messages playing stuck on one frame and not changing to new frames or messages and no zoning restrictions are set in Venus 1500 software

Potential Symptoms

  • Message stuck on one frame and not changing to new frames or message.
  • Running messages shows multiple presentations.
  • If the message that freezes the display is removed, the other messages run / rotate fine.

Cause

  • Corrupt message files/s.

Resolution

  1. Clear memory/reset display, and defragment/ the controller's memory.
  2. Delete the problem message.
  3. Create the message again and send it to the display.
